1. Overview

OG Forge ("we", "our", "the service") is an Open Graph image generation API operated by the store owner listed on our homepage. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. What We Collect

Request data: when you call our API, we process the query parameters you send (title text, template name, colors) solely to render your image. This data is processed in memory and is not persisted.
Rate limiting data: a salted hash of your IP address is kept temporarily (max 60 seconds) to enforce free-tier rate limits. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Account data (Pro tier): if you purchase a subscription, your email address and API key are stored to provide the service. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem); we never see or store your card details.

3. What We Do NOT Do

No cookies, no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels
No selling or sharing of your data with third parties
No logging of the content of your generated images
No tracking across sites

4. Data Retention

Generated images are served directly and not stored on disk. Rate-limit records expire within one minute. Pro account data (email + API key) is retained while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon request.

5. Third-Party Services

Creem — payment processing (checkout, subscriptions, invoices). Governed by Creem's privacy policy.
Render — infrastructure hosting. Governed by Render's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (Pro account holders) at any time by contacting us.
