Terms of Service

1. The Service

OG Forge is an API that generates Open Graph (social preview) images from structured input. The service is provided by the store owner listed on our homepage. An open-source version is available under the MIT license.

2. Acceptance

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Plans & Fair Use

Free tier: rate-limited (10 images/minute per IP). No guarantee of uptime or availability.
Pro tier ($9/month): unlimited generation subject to fair use. We may throttle abusive automated traffic that degrades service for others.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you send to the API and to the generated images. You grant us only the temporary processing needed to render them. We claim no ownership of your output.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to generate: content that infringes intellectual property; unlawful, hateful, or harassing material; or content that violates applicable law. We may block requests that violate this section.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment provider (Creem) and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: given the low price and instant access, refunds are granted at our discretion for duplicate charges or service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours.

7. Warranty & Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially on the free tier.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes update the date above.
